1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Net Layer Base (referred to herein as "Net Layer Base", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Net Layer Base Pty Ltd (ABN registered in Australia). By accessing our website (net-layerbase.click), enrolling in our technical analysis training programs, booking private 1-on-1 chart reviews, or reviewing our educational materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Educational Services & Financial Risk Disclaimer

All workshops, masterclasses, 1-on-1 consultations, articles, and training materials delivered by Net Layer Base are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Net Layer Base and its instructor Liam Walker do not provide personal financial product advice, general financial advice, portfolio management, or trade execution services.

Trading in financial markets, including equities, foreign exchange, commodities, and futures, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Technical analysis is a study of historical price movement and chart geometry; it does not guarantee future profitability or eliminate market risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own financial circumstances, risk tolerance, and trading decisions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, training manuals, the Net Layer Base Strategy Playbook, annotated chart diagrams, video recordings, website design, and proprietary technical checklists are the exclusive intellectual property of Net Layer Base Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and review these materials for individual study only. You may not distribute, resell, publicly publish, screen-record for distribution, or commercially exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.

4. Mentoring Enrolment & Student Conduct

Enrolment in our cohort programs and private diagnostic sessions is subject to availability and acceptance. Net Layer Base reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment if a participant demonstrates abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or fellow students in group sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Net Layer Base Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your reliance on chart patterns, technical concepts, or market commentaries presented in our courses;
  • Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or capital drawdowns incurred in your personal trading accounts;
  • Any temporary interruption, suspension, or technical errors on our website or digital classroom platforms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
