Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Consumer Guarantees

Net Layer Base Pty Ltd is committed to delivering rigorous, professional technical analysis training. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Refund & Cancellation Policy details the terms governing withdrawals, cancellations, and rescheduling for our cohort programs, weekend intensives, and private 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Cohort Programs)

For our 8-Week Breakout & Pullback Mastery Program and multi-week clinics, students are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of paying tuition, provided the request is submitted at least 7 calendar days prior to the official cohort commencement date.

If you cancel within this cooling-off window, 100% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded via your original payment method.

3. Withdrawals After Cohort Commencement

Once an 8-week cohort has commenced and live interactive workshops have begun:

  • Withdrawal within Week 1: You may request a partial refund of 70% of the total tuition fee to account for administrative enrollment, reserved cohort seat allocation, and initial materials access.
  • Withdrawal after Week 2: Due to the small-cohort cap (maximum 12 students) and the sequential nature of live technical instruction, no refunds are issued after the conclusion of the second week. However, upon request and approval, you may defer your remaining enrolment to a future cohort within 12 months.

4. Private 1-on-1 Consultations & Diagnostic Audits

For private 90-minute chart diagnostic sessions with Liam Walker:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your private session without penalty by providing at least 48 hours' advance notice prior to the scheduled booking time.
  • Cancellations with >48 Hours Notice: Eligible for a full refund or full credit toward future dates.
  • Late Cancellations (<48 Hours Notice) or No-Shows: A cancellation fee of 50% applies to compensate for reserved analyst preparation and time.
  • Completed Sessions: Once a 90-minute 1-on-1 diagnostic consultation has taken place and the forensic report is generated, the service is deemed fully delivered and is non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exclusions

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Physical Net Layer Base Strategy Playbook manuals that have already been personalized, bound, and dispatched via Australia Post;
  • Consultation hours or private chart review sessions that have already been conducted;
  • Recorded archive access fees once digital credentials have been activated.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Times

To initiate a refund or cancellation request:

  1. Send an email to info@net-layerbase.click with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Full Name].
  2. Include your invoice number, enrolled program title, and the specific reason for your withdrawal.
  3. Our administration desk in Tamworth will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility under these terms.
  4. Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment (Australian Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card reversal) within 5 to 7 business days.
